A leading automotive company in Guildford seeks a Workshop Controller. You will manage resources, allocate work to technicians, and ensure quality and compliance. The role requires 12 months of workshop experience or relevant dealership experience, as well as a full UK driving licence. This position offers a basic salary of £35,000 with OTE of £43,000 and includes a great benefits package.

• Experienced Franchised Dealership Technician looking to move into a Workshop Controller position.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workshop resources efficiently.
• Allocate work to Technicians.
• Ensure work is completed to required deadlines.
• Quality check work carried out by Technicians.
• Monitor Staff & Workshop Performance.
• Ensure HSE policies are adhered to.
• Keep the Workshop clean and fully operational.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• 12 months Workshop Controller Experience
• Or an experienced Franchised Dealership Technician with a stable work history looking to move in to a Workshop Controller position
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

• Franchised Dealer Expereince

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary of £35,000
On Target Earnings of £43,000

Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm
Saturdays (1 in 3) 8am – 1pm
