Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Workshop Controller for the Fleet Centre in Moneyreagh, South Belfast. You will lead a team of technicians, drive productivity, and ensure high-quality service while meeting targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the role involves planning workshop loading, coordinating with the Service department, and delivering a consistent, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and controlling workshop loading and allocating work.
• IT literate with stock management systems.
• Evidence of service department experience as Workshop Controller.
• Coaching and motivating a technical team.
• Full driving licence with few penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate targets and KPIs for the workshop.
• Allocate work to technicians for efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate with Service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure incoming work is planned and managed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Manage, coach and support the technical team.
• Maintain health & safety and quality standards.
