Role Description

As a Workshop Controller at Halliwell Jones, you will be responsible for overseeing the workshop and its staff, ensuring the achievement of agreed levels of quality, efficiency, and profitability. You will manage the day-to-day workshop activities, specifically relating to BMW technical issues and systems, while monitoring overall productivity. Your role will involve providing leadership and support to the team, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, and maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement within the workshop and ensuring all work aligns with company and brand guidelines. This is a full-time role based onsite at Southport.
