Role - Workshop Controller
Location - Southport
Salary - £33,000 OTE £39,000

Richard Abson Group is currently assisting a main car dealership based in Southport in finding an experienced Workshop Controller. Your role as Workshop Controller will be to oversee and manage the daily workloads for 7 Technicians, support the 4 Service Advisors to manage expectations, and maximize the efficiency and performance of the workshop. You’ll ensure all servicing work is carried out accurately, competently, and on time, with customer satisfaction in mind. You will accurately record Technician time, write technical reports and recommendations, and work with Service Advisors to meet service standards with customers.

You’ll work Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm, and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am-12:30pm. The dealership offers a basic salary of £33,000 with an uncapped bonus of £6,000 per year.
