Job summary

JCT600 Ltd in South Leeds is seeking a results-driven Workshop Controller to lead our high-performing team at our approved South Leeds dealership. If you’re ready to boost your aftersales career with ongoing training, career progression, and a culture of excellence, this is your chance.

Your day-to-day will include leading technicians, managing workshop workflow and safety, and ensuring clear communication between workshop and service teams to deliver top-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main-dealer environment.
• Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main-dealer environment and strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy workshop
• Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
• Customer-first attitude
