With the exciting launch of the Changan and XPENG electric vehicle range, alongside our established JCT600 Approved used car business, there’s never been a better time to join the future of automotive innovation.

We are looking for a Workshop Controller who leads from the front. This is a hands‑on, semi‑productive role, combining workshop control and administrative tasks, with active involvement on the tools.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the aftersales department, while maintaining high technical standards across both traditional and next generation vehicles.

What You’ll Be Working On

• A wide range of vehicles – from petrol & diesel models to brand‑new EV and hybrid technology
• Multi‑franchise diagnostic and repair work
• Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new vehicles including Changan & XPENG EV
• Fault‑finding, warranty work and general maintenance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a vehicle technician, ideally with multi‑brand exposure
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
• Customer‑first attitude
• Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
