Oversee the daily operations of our 24-bay workshop, tyre bay, valet bay, and MOT facility, ensuring that all team members meet their targets and work together to achieve success.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular checks to ensure all work meets our high standards, fulfilling customer expectations and maintaining excellent working practices across the team. Monitor repeat repairs, identifying trends and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Driving Efficiency:

Streamline processes and optimise productivity, contributing to the smooth running of the service department and helping the team to meet business objectives.

If you have:
  • Previous experience in an automotive Workshop Controller role.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, organise, and guide a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional communication skills to maintain good levels of interaction within the Sandal Group.

Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

At Sandal Huddersfield, we offer more than just a job; we provide the chance to grow, develop, and work with cutting-edge products in a high-performance environment. With a large and established technical team, you'll have plenty of opportunity to further your career and take on greater responsibility within the Service Department.

We offer:
  • Top rates of pay
  • 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), which increases with your length of service up to 26 days
