  • Ensuring a safe workshop environment per HSO requirements.
  • Planning work distribution considering skill levels.
  • Managing workshop resources and monitoring efficiencies to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinating between workshop and reception regarding vehicle progress.
  • Supporting the Service Manager with daily duties.
  • Performing quality control in the workshop.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships.
