Job summary

TrustFord is seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team. In this role, you will assist with personnel and operations within the Service Department and focus on anticipating customer needs.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join us. You'll be responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations of the Service Department and anticipate and identify customer needs. You'll be responsible for maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner. You'll be able to make a difference and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals.

• Have you gained experience in a main dealer?
• Are you self-motivated, committed and tenacious?
• Do you have an understanding of automotive aftersales management?
• Have you had team leadership experience, and have a proven track record?
• Do you have experience in managing a team in a customer facing automotive environment?
