Job summary

Stellantis &You UK at our Crawley dealership is seeking a proactive Workshop Controller to lead the service team and deliver excellent customer service while driving commercial results.

You will drive performance of the workshop, focus on upsell opportunities, and adopt new digital systems as part of our digitalisation strategy. Prior dealership experience and a passion for development are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy dealership environment.
• Ability to drive workshop performance and upsell.
• Experience leading a customer-facing team.
• Knowledge of DVSA MOT and Health & Safety regs.

As Workshop Controller you will engage your team to deliver the required commercial result and exceptional customer service

A Workshop Controller will also:

• Drive performance of the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours and first time fix.
• Lead the behaviour of the Customer facing team to maximise upsell whilst maintaining exception customer service.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy
• Develop the skills, knowledge and career progression of team members.
• Optimise operational processes within the Customer Journey, such as Vehicle Health Checks.
• Ensure Compliance with group financial processes, DVSA MOT and relevant Health & Safety regulations.
• Make an impact across the department and whole dealership.
