Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is seeking a Senior Customer Advisor at our Sale dealership. You will be the key link between customers and technicians, guiding customers through the Stellantis &You journey in a premium manufacturer owned environment.

You will communicate clearly, adopt digital systems, and help grow the business by proposing additional work, selling service plans, and managing invoices and payments.

• Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
• Estimate repair costs and times for customer inquiries.
• Resolve concerns when repairs are suggested.
• Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.

This role is based in our Sale dealership: 253 Washway Rd, Sale M33 4BL

• A full valid UK driving licence is required for this role.

It is the perfect opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to advance their career in a premium manufacturer owned environment. As a customer advisor you will be the key link between our customers and our technicians, guiding each customer through the Stellantis &You customer journey.

In this role you will also:
