We are representing a well-established automotive business in Daventry, seeking a Senior Technician / Workshop Controller to join their team. This Senior Technician / Workshop Controller role offers the ideal opportunity for an experienced vehicle technician looking to take on more responsibility while remaining hands‑on.

The position provides a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000, with an achievable OTE of £45,000, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with no weekends required.

The successful Senior Technician / Workshop Controller will play a vital role within the workshop, overseeing a small team of two technicians and an MOT tester. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and servicing while ensuring the workshop operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Highlights:

• Up to £40,000 basic salary with potential to earn £45,000 OTE

• Methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence
• Extensive hands‑on experience can be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
