Qualifications

• Experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a senior workshop role.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and organise a team.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of workload management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and general mechanical work on vehicles.
• Oversee and support a team of two technicians and an MOT tester.
• Allocate and prioritise workshop jobs effectively.
• Ensure all vehicles are repaired safely and to high standards.
• Perform quality checks and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Maintain organisation within the workshop and support productivity.
• Liaise with service advisors regarding workload and progress.
• Interact with customers when necessary, providing updates and technical advice.
• Lead by example and uphold excellent standards of workmanship.
