You will use strong customer service and planning skills to keep the workshop running smoothly, liaising with technicians, and ensuring proper approvals are in place for all work. A proactive, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and administration is essential.
• Ability to plan and coordinate schedules in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles in for maintenance and repairs.
• Liaise with the workshop team to schedule work.
• Update customers on progress and status of their vehicles.
• Ensure the necessary approvals are in place for work carried out.
