Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Colleague Services Coordinators and workplace teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords and partners.
• Manage site budgets, forecast and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and QHSE requirements.
• Act as FM lead during incidents, DR and BCP events.
