Job summary

Service Care is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing Association for an experienced Workplace Project Manager to join their Workplace Solutions team on a temporary contract in Eastleigh. The role focuses on workplace transformation, M&E, facilities and estate projects across a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace, facilities, or corporate real estate projects.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, risks, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace, facilities, and corporate real estate projects from concept to delivery.
• Lead large-scale M&E projects with minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, risk registers, and governance docs.
• Monitor budgets, risks, issues, and benefits realisation; report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
