Job summary

Sodexo Ltd in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead hospitality, reception and site administration across two Teesside sites. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for clients, visitors and employees.

You will develop a personalised hospitality offering, monitor budgets and drive continuous improvement with your teams, supported by the client and Head Chef. A pro-active, customer-centric approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-facing hospitality, workplace or facilities services.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience within workplace experience, hospitality, corporate catering or facilities management environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the workplace experience across two Teesside sites with clients and colleagues.
• Oversee reception, hospitality, catering support and site administration.
• Develop a personalised hospitality offering with Head Chef and client teams.
• Monitor budgets and look for commercial opportunities while maintaining standards.
• Champion continuous improvement through customer feedback and events.
