Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a General Catering Manager to lead a busy workplace dining operation on a corporate campus. You will oversee multiple outlets, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive commercial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L responsibility, and the ability to build trusted client relationships while inspiring and developing frontline teams. You'll report to the site leadership team and work Monday to Friday with daytime hours.

We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded General Catering Manager to lead a dynamic workplace hospitality and catering operation within a large corporate campus environment.
