Dentsu is seeking a Workplace Experience and Facilities Manager to own the day-to-day operations and experience of its London workplace. You will be a visible on-site leader, ensuring safety, efficiency and a high-quality environment for employees, clients and visitors.
Based in our London office, you will lead the facilities team, partner with the Technical Services Manager, and drive space planning and sustainability initiatives while maintaining compliance and a strong safety culture.

Our Workplace Experience and Facilities team creates a safe, secure, sustainable and commute-worthy destination for our people, clients and visitors. With autonomy over how we operate our 120,000 sq. ft. London building, the team combines excellent day-to-day service with long-term thinking about how the workplace can evolve.
As Workplace Experience and Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and experience of our London workplace. You will be a visible, trusted point of contact for colleagues and senior stakeholders, leading the team and ensuring the building runs safely, smoothly and efficiently.
This is a permanent role.
This role is based in our London office and requires on-site working Monday - Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm.
