What You'll Be Doing
- * Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office
- * Managing supplier relationships, contracts and service delivery
- * Liaising with landlords and external service providers
- * Overseeing office facilities, workspace planning and office utilisation
- * Organising corporate events, hospitality and client functions
- * Managing office budgets, purchases and facilities expenditure
- * Coordinating administrative and support functions across the office
- * Ensuring health & safety, business continuity and workplace compliance standards are maintained
What You'll Need To Succeed
- * Previous Facilities, Workplace, Property or Office Management experience
- * Experience managing premium corporate office environments
- * Strong supplier, contractor and landlord management experience
- * Budget management experience
- * Health & Safety compliance knowledge
- * Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executives
- * A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
- * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- * Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- * IOSH, NEBOSH or Facilities Management qualification
