Looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact?
We're looking for an experienced Facilities & Workplace Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for employees, visitors and senior stakeholders alike. This is a highly visible role where you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional workplace experience while overseeing facilities, health & safety, suppliers and office operations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • * Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office

  • * Organising corporate events, hospitality and client functions
  • * Managing office budgets, purchases and facilities expenditure
  • * Coordinating administrative and support functions across the office
  • * Ensuring health & safety, business continuity and workplace compliance standards are maintained
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • * Previous Facilities, Workplace, Property or Office Management experience
  • * Experience managing premium corporate office environments
  • * Strong supplier, contractor and landlord management experience
  • * Budget management experience
  • * Health & Safety compliance knowledge
  • * Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executives
  • * A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
  • * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • * Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • * IOSH, NEBOSH or Facilities Management qualification
