Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Workplace Experience and Facilities Manager to own the day-to-day operations and experience of its London workplace. You will be a visible on-site leader, ensuring safety, efficiency and a high-quality environment for employees, clients and visitors.

Based in our London office, you will lead the facilities team, partner with the Technical Services Manager, and drive space planning and sustainability initiatives while maintaining compliance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a large, complex building and proven facilities leadership.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety, audits and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace experience and facilities operations for a 120,000 sq ft building.
• Own health and safety governance, audits, emergency procedures and incident response.
• Partner with Technical Services Manager on hard services, compliance, sustainability and net-zero progress.
• Lead the workplace experience team and manage key 3rd party suppliers and contracts.
• Build relationships across the business and use workplace data to inform space planning and projects.
