Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support operational activities across accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, and helpdesk. This role requires coordinating with IT, Security, Kitchen, and Real Estate to achieve high office standards.

Based on site in Cambridge and London, the role covers workplace management, health and safety compliance, and event support for client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage helpdesk and CMMS workflows.
• Strong collaboration with IT, Security, Kitchen and Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and support for guests, visitors, and employees at client location.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to meet SLA and ensure high standards.
• Own CMMS tickets, convert non-CMMS requests into tickets and track resolutions.
• Ensure facilities compliance with local building, health, safety, and fire codes.
