Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Workplace Coordinator for our Network Rail contract in London. You will act as the customer-facing representative for facilities services and serve as the single point of contact for building users to deliver an outstanding workplace experience.

The role requires strong customer service skills, experience with CAFM systems, and the ability to coordinate service requests while maintaining high standards of organisation and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a customer service or facilities management environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and groups.
• Experience using CAFM systems, including logging, reporting and raising purchase orders.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• IOSH or recognised Health & Safety qualification is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for FM-related queries, logging and coordinating service requests for building occupants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupants, Floor Leads and clients to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct regular floor walks to ensure desks, collaboration spaces and breakout areas are clean and well maintained.
• Monitor, log and chase work orders, providing updates and arranging monthly meetings with Floor Leads.
• Support site safety procedures and participate in fire emergency procedures per building requirements.
