Job summary

PROception is seeking a Community Manager to lead our on-site customer and workplace experience at Woolyard, London. You will deliver a premium, proactive service, foster strong relationships with customers and partners, and drive continuous improvement across the workplace experience.

You will manage events, coordinate service partners, monitor budgets, and support onboarding while ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for teams on site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver premium customer and workplace experiences.
• Strong on-site leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating events and partner services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fully managed GPE workplace.
• Lead on customer events programme and engagement with partners.
• Monitor and improve service delivery, safety and the user experience.
• Coordinate service partners to ensure standards and SLAs are met.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and budget-related activities.
