ISS is seeking a part-time Workplace Coordinator to join a job share arrangement, working Thursdays and Fridays 8:00am–4:30pm in a shared tenancy office environment in Leeds. You will deliver a world-class front of house and facilities management service and act as the key contact for workplace-related matters.
Responsibilities include managing front of house, meeting room bookings, visitor and contractor management, and coordinating with facilities teams to ensure smooth daily operation.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a variety of responsibilities across facilities, hospitality, stakeholder engagement and operational support, while acting as a key point of contact for workplace-related matters.
