Job summary

ISS Facility Services is seeking a Workplace Experience Host for an internal role reported to the Go To Lead. You will act as an ambassador for the client's brand, culture and values, delivering engaging interactions for colleagues and guests and ensuring outstanding service remains at the heart of everything you do.

The ideal candidate is positive, well-organised, detail-oriented and capable of building strong relationships.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome colleagues and guests, ensuring their needs are met in a friendly, professional and engaging manner.
• Manage guest and colleague inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Complete assigned daily checklists to maintain workspace quality, improve performance and support accurate tracking.
• Assist with room bookings and guest arrivals using existing processes and technology.
• Maintain a clear, presentable and safe office environment across assigned floors.
• Monitor workplace conditions, identify quality control issues and log service requests with the appropriate teams.
• Provide first-line technical support, including reboots and connection inspections, before escalating unresolved issues to the Techbar.
• Deliver occasional surprise-and-delight initiatives and pop-up events to enhance the workplace experience.

As an ambassador for the client's brand, culture and values, you will create engaging, personal and memorable interactions for colleagues and guests, ensuring outstanding service remains at the heart of everything you do., We are looking for a positive and well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a confident, sociable personality. Acting as the primary point of contact and the face of the client, you will build strong relationships, support colleagues and guests, and contribute to a data-driven approach by accurately logging activity to help continually improve the workplace experience.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach with a genuine willingness to go the extra mile.
