Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking proactive professionals with hands-on change management experience to deliver workplace change for public and private sector clients in the UK. You will lead initiatives to embed new ways of working and drive behavioural change to realise tangible outcomes for clients.

The role focuses on managing workplace change projects, stakeholder engagement, and delivering clear communications and reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in workplace change and transformation projects.
• Experience delivering change using business change methodologies.
• Programme and project management experience within a change environment.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders within complex environments.
• Experience producing high quality change deliverables within tight timelines.
• Change management qualifications are favourable.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client leadership and other stakeholders; conduct interviews; run workshops; analyse surveys; summarise data for presentations.
• Manage workplace change projects to meet fee objectives, organise resources and handle invoicing.
• Deliver regular client communications and provide project progress updates to the business.
• Develop and deliver change strategies, communication plans and engagement plans.
• Produce change project reports for clients.
• Contribute to change complexity assessments and stakeholder mapping.
• Manage and report against delivery plans.
• Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively in a matrix management environment to deliver results.
• Help identify workplace change opportunities and support bid proposals.
