Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled procurement transformation professional in the United Kingdom to lead client workstreams and drive sustainable change across procurement operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to redefine processes and operating models.

The role emphasizes implementing new procurement target operating models, leveraging digital solutions, and delivering cost transformation initiatives for global brands on major transformational programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree related to Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business Management or similar.
• Experience in procurement transformation and/or sustainable procurement.
• Willingness or progression towards Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply.
• Security Clearance (SC) – currently valid or could be reinstated.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead workstreams for clients in procurement transformation initiatives.
• Develop sustainable procurement strategies and practices aligned to ESG goals.
• Design and implement procurement target operating models for future operations.
• Formulate strategies to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the Transformational Procurement proposition suite and market eminence.
• Assist in creating market propositions and client proposals aligned to targets.
