Lindum is seeking a Working Foreman for our BMS division in Peterborough to supervise refurbishment and minor construction projects up to £400k. The role involves direct on-site supervision of trades, coordinating a small site team, and ensuring works comply with drawings and programme.
Travel to regional sites is required. The ideal candidate has trade skills (bricklaying, carpentry, groundworks), strong organisational ability, and a valid driving licence.
Our Lindum Peterborough BMS (Building Maintenance Services) division specialise in refurbishment and general construction projects up to £400k, as well as planned and reactive minor works and maintenance jobs in Peterborough and surrounding regions., An opportunity has arisen for a Working Foreman to join our busy BMS team, responsible for directly supervising minor construction projects such as small extensions, internal and external refurbishment works, re-roofs, drainage, civils and tarmac projects.
Whilst supervisory experience is preferred, applications will also be accepted from experienced tradespeople with the right skills, who are looking to take the next step in their career into a supervisory role.
The position is full time (45 hours per week). Hours of work are 7.30am to 5.00pm. Occasional overtime may also be required.
