Job summary

Lindum is seeking a Working Foreman/Forewoman with a background in bricklaying or joinery to oversee minor works projects from North Hykeham. The role focuses on supervising small extensions and refurbishments across Education, Retail, Commercial, and Residential sectors in Lincoln and surrounding areas.

You will manage site teams, coordinate works to the programme, and ensure safety and quality standards. Driving licence and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in bricklaying or joinery with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to manage a site team and coordinate works to programme.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites in the region.

Responsibilities

• Supervise minor construction projects such as small extensions and refurbishments.
• Coordinate on-site labour and works according to programme and drawings.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards on site.
• Liaise with clients and provide instruction and motivation to site teams.
