Job summary

Lindum is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our Peterborough-based construction team and oversee the final stages on site.

You will coordinate finishing trades, supervise quality workmanship, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential in this role while maintaining site welfare and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman within the construction industry.
• Strong eye for detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and workloads effectively.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card preferred.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous.
