Job summary

Lindum is seeking a Working Foreman for our BMS division in Peterborough to supervise refurbishment and minor construction projects up to £400k. The role involves direct on-site supervision of trades, coordinating a small site team, and ensuring works comply with drawings and programme.

Travel to regional sites is required. The ideal candidate has trade skills (bricklaying, carpentry, groundworks), strong organisational ability, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Trade skills across bricklaying, carpentry and groundworks; 80% hands-on site work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise minor construction projects and on-site labour.
• Manage a site team and coordinate works to the programme and drawings.
• Ensure work adheres to quality and safety standards; liaise with clients.
