Job summary

NHS Highland seeks a supervisor to lead a domestic services team in a Scottish site. The role focuses on supervising and coordinating domestic staff to meet service standards during the evening shift, Monday to Friday.

The post requires a proactive, flexible individual with prior supervisory experience in a facilities setting. The successful candidate will report to the Facilities Assistant Support Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of the domestic department.

The hours for this post are between 1700-2000 Monday to Friday.

A previous track record of successfully delivering a high standard of service within a Facilities environment is desirable.

The post holder will report to the Facilities Assistant Support Manager and contribute to the overall running of the domestic department.

You need to be flexible, committed and have a positive attitude to your work.

Previous supervisory skills would be an advantage for this post.
