• Lead workforce planning and resourcing across multiple Distribution Centres.
• Configure, maintain, and optimise UKG (Kronos) for scheduling, absence management, and reporting.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights through advanced Excel reporting and dashboards.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to improve processes and align workforce planning with company financial goals.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in resourcing.

Skills And Experience

• Proven expertise in UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management (configuration, reporting, and support).
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, Power Query / Power Pivot).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and labour cost analysis.
• Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator — able to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong background in financial analysis, workforce planning, and process improvement.
