Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions in Northampton is hiring a Workforce Planning Executive to join Angard Staffing and support the Royal Mail service delivery team. The role involves engaging with clients and candidates, managing staffing orders, taking calls, and orchestrating workforce deployment across sites nationwide.

This is a full-time, 37.5 hour week on a 5/7 rota including early, late and weekend shifts. It's a fixed-term contract until December 2026 and will drive deployment and engagement of

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing the bespoke booking system JoinedUp.
• Handling incoming calls and emails from candidates and managers.
• Supporting managers with utilising systems effectively.
• Managing shift patterns and rotas as per site requirements.
• Maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group.
