Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Cornwall seeks a Workforce Information Lead to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of workforce information, reporting and business intelligence across the Trust.

You will produce high‑quality workforce intelligence, develop dashboards and analytics to support strategic decisions, and work with stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, meaningful and timely.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience
• Experience in extracting & analysing complex and sensitive data to support NHS targets
• Project and programme management experience
• Ability to communicate, engage and effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders
• Knowledge of the NHS data sets specifically related to the Trust
• Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external partners

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of workforce information, reporting and business intelligence services across the Trust.
• Manage and support the Workforce Information function, providing leadership, direction and professional expertise.
• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, reports and analytical products that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective data‑driven solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, consistency and reporting standards across workforce systems.
• Provide expert analysis and interpretation of complex workforce information, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support national reporting, benchmarking and statutory data submission requirements.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through the development of automated reporting solutions and data visualisation tools.
• Depose for the Workforce Intelligence Partner when required.
