Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Workforce Intelligence Lead to prioritise, co-ordinate and lead a team. The role focuses on delivering timely performance reports, developing dashboards, and providing analytic narratives for governance bodies across the Trust.

The post may start at Band 5 with development towards Band 6, supporting a progressive pathway while ensuring robust data governance and high-quality information services for executives and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Experience of planning and organising activities that support change and drive improvement.
• Ability to extract, analyse and present data from established workforce data systems.
• Expert working knowledge of BI reporting and ability to create bespoke reports/dashboards.
• Design, development and maintenance of integrated performance reports meeting customer requirements.
• Experience managing junior staff and providing line management.

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyse and present data from established workforce data systems to make complex information understandable for all audiences.
• Develop and maintain integrated performance reports and dashboards.
• Provide timely, credible information to Executives, Managers and Clinicians and support the People Services function.
