Workday Security Analyst
Remote from the UK - to work for an international US-based company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Workday Security, including HR user, domain, business process, and integrations security, privacy, audit, controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement role-based security frameworks and data security protocols.
- Manage privileged access and collaborate with IT and HR teams.
- Maintain Workday HCM Security protocols and policies.
- Handle security reports and tickets, demonstrating broad experience with global organizational issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to security processes.
- Understand core HR concepts such as hiring, compensation, benefits, time off, and performance management, especially in the context of data governance, proxy, and authentication policies.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of experience specifically in Workday Security, focusing on security aspects rather than integration building.
- Experience with integration security is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Workday security modules and processes.
- Excellent technical documentation skills.
- EU work permit is required.
