Workday Security Analyst

Remote from the UK - to work for an international US-based company.

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Workday security, focusing on security related to Workday HR users, domains, business processes, integrations, privacy, audit, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with integration security, not necessarily building integrations.
• Implementing role-based security frameworks.
• Experience with data security and privileged access management.
• Collaborating effectively between IT and HR teams.
• Implementing Workday HCM security protocols and policies.
• Working with security reports, including RaaS reports.
• Handling security tickets daily, with broad experience in issues common in global organizations.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Understanding of core HR concepts such as hiring, compensation, benefits, time off, and performance management, especially regarding data governance, proxy, and authentication policies.
