Workday Security Analyst

Remote from the UK - to work for an international US-based company.

Responsibilities:

1. 4 to 5 years of experience in Workday security, focusing on security aspects such as user, domain, business process, integrations security, privacy, audit, controls, and compliance.
2. Implementing role-based security frameworks and data security measures.
3. Managing privileged access and security tickets related to Workday security issues.
4. Collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure security protocols are followed.
5. Implementing and maintaining Workday HCM security policies and protocols.
6. Working with RaaS reports related to security.
7. Maintaining strong technical documentation skills.
8. Understanding core HR concepts including hiring, compensation, benefits, time off, and performance management, with a focus on security, data governance, proxy, and authentication policies.

Requirements:

• EU work permit required.
• Experience with integration security (not building integrations).
• Experience working with global organizations.
