Workday Security Analyst

Remote from the UK - to work for an international US-based company

• 4 to 5 years in Workday security, focusing on security related to Workday HR users, domains, business processes, integrations, privacy, audit, controls, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with integration security, not building integrations
• Implementing role-based security frameworks
• Experience with data security and privileged access management
• Collaboration between IT and HR teams
• Implementing Workday HCM security protocols and policies
• Security related to reports, including working with RaaS reports
• Handling security tickets daily, with broad experience in issues common to global organizations
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Experience with Workday HCM security
• Understanding of core HR concepts such as hiring, compensation, benefits, time off, performance management, data governance, security, proxy, and authentication policies
