Workday Security Analyst

Remote from the UK - to work for an international US-based company.

• 4 to 5 years of experience specifically in Workday security, including Workday HR user, domain, business process, and integrations security, privacy, audit, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with integration security, focusing on security rather than building integrations.
• Implementing role-based security frameworks.
• Experience with data security and privileged access management.
• Collaborating between IT and HR teams.
• Implementing Workday HCM security protocols and policies.
• Handling security for reports, including RaaS reports.
• Managing daily security tickets and handling a wide range of issues in global organizations.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Experience with Workday HCM security and a solid understanding of core HR concepts such as hiring, compensation, benefits, time off, and performance management, along with data governance, proxy, and authentication policies.
