Workday Security Analyst

Remote from the UK - to work for an international US-based company.

Responsibilities:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Workday security, focusing on security aspects such as Workday HR user, domain, business process, integrations security, privacy, audit, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Implementing role-based security frameworks and working with data security.
• Implementing privileged access controls.
• Collaborating between IT and HR teams.
• Developing and maintaining Workday HCM security protocols and policies.
• Managing security reports, including RaaS reports.
• Handling security tickets daily and addressing a wide range of issues in global organizations.
• Maintaining strong technical documentation skills.
• Understanding core HR concepts like hiring, compensation, benefits, time off, and performance management, especially in relation to security, proxy, and authentication policies.
