Workday Security Analyst

Remote from the UK - to work for an international US-based company.

Responsibilities:

1. 4 to 5 years of experience in Workday security, focusing on security for Workday HR users, domains, business processes, and integrations, including privacy, audit, controls, and regulatory compliance.
2. Implementing role-based security frameworks and managing data security.
3. Implementing privileged access controls.
4. Collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure security protocols are followed.
5. Managing Workday HCM security protocols and policies.
6. Handling security reports, especially related to RaaS reports.
7. Managing and resolving security tickets, demonstrating a broad experience in global organizational issues.
8. Maintaining strong technical documentation skills.
9. Understanding core HR concepts such as hiring, compensation, benefits, time off, and performance management, along with data governance, proxy, and authentication policies.
