Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Financial Reporting and Accounting Lead to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will lead a project workstream, build relationships with customers, shape and deliver solutions, mentor junior team members, and drive transformation through reports and analytics.

This role requires strong Workday reporting expertise across Advanced, Matrix and Composite reporting, plus a solid understanding of HCM, Payroll and

Qualifications

• Certification in Financial Accounting is required.
• Proven Workday Advanced Reporting, Matrix, and Composite Reporting experience.
• Strong customer-facing advisory experience in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and multi-region stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project workstream implementing Workday solutions for global clients.
• Develop and deliver advanced Workday reports and analytics.
• Guide customers and junior team members; build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions fit needs and are viable.
