Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Reporting Principal Consultant for AMS. The role leads reporting, analytics, and dashboard initiatives across client portfolios, delivering scalable, data-driven insights and governance.

You will act as a trusted advisor to optimize the Workday investment through best practices and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading complex reporting initiatives, guiding design and delivery, and mentoring teams in post-production support and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Workday Reporting Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of Workday Reporting and Analytics experience.
• Experience supporting post-production environments or long-term client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, enhancement, and optimisation of Workday reports, dashboards, analytics, and data insights.
• Support incidents, service requests, enhancements, and escalation management.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, providing coaching and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable solutions.
