Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions in London is seeking an experienced Workday Prism Analytics Consultant to join a major Workday transformation on a 12-month contract. You will design, build, and deliver advanced analytics capabilities within the Workday ecosystem, enabling stakeholders to gain meaningful insights from large datasets and complex reporting.

The role collaborates with Workday Financials, HR, Reporting, and Integration teams to develop scalable reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and models.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering Workday Prism Analytics within enterprise environments.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced/Matrix/Composite) and security frameworks.
Experience with Workday Financials and/or Workday HCM data models.
Experience with global Workday deployments.
Workday certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Workday Prism Analytics solutions.
Create data pipelines, datasets, and analytical models within Prism.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into Workday Prism.
Create dashboards, KPIs, and advanced reports using Workday reporting tools.
Develop calculated fields and support the creation of advanced reporting frameworks.
Work closely with Functional and Technical Workday consultants across Financials, HCM, and Integrations.
Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting environments.
Support UAT, defect resolution, cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare.
Provide best-practice guidance around Workday analytics architecture and reporting strategy.
