Job summary

Global is seeking an experienced Workday Analyst to take senior ownership of HCM configuration, reporting and data integrity as the go-to functional expert. Location: Holborn, London or Remote.

You will own end-to-end Workday configuration across HCM modules, build board-level reporting, ensure data quality, and enable the team with clear documentation and best practices as new functionality is rolled out.

Qualifications

• Workday Expertise: Solid hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM across multiple modules.
• Reporting & MI Skills: Experience building advanced reports and board-level presentation of data.
• Data Governance: Meticulous, audit-minded approach to data integrity.
• Senior Stakeholder Communication: Confidently engaging with senior stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Workday HCM configuration including business processes, security and calculated fields.
• Build and maintain reporting suite including board level reporting and insights for leaders.
• Maintain data quality through regular audits and governance guardrails.
• Share knowledge, document clearly and champion best practice as new functionality is rolled out.
