Job summary

S&P Global Inc. is seeking a Workday Integrations Developer to join the People Platforms team. You will design, test and deliver Workday integrations, ensuring data security and adherence to best practices within a SAFE Agile framework.

You will collaborate with HR and Employees services teams globally to translate business needs into scalable integration solutions and support production issues while driving continuous improvement across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years as a Workday Application Developer.
• Experience building Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, custom reports, document transforms).
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll Interfaces, Business Processes, and security.
• Familiarity with Workday Web Services, APIs, Workday Studio, XML and XSLT.
• Experience handling production integration issues and encryption.
• Awareness of Agile practices and SAFE SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test and deliver Workday integrations.
• Adopt SAFE software development practices within the SDLC.
• Translate business specs into technical integration designs.
• Develop interfaces and perform unit and integration testing.
• Provide support for inbound/outbound integrations and changes.
