Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Workday Integrations Developer to join the People Platforms team within Corporate Platforms. You will collaborate across HR and Employees services to design, test and deliver Workday integrations, following SAFE SDLC and delivering secure, high-quality interfaces.

The role requires 4–5 years in Workday development, knowledge of EIB/Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and strong communication. You will work in a global environment with opportunities for growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent
• 4–5 years of experience as an Application Developer in Workday
• Certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll Interfaces
• Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Custom Reports)
• Knowledge of Workday Web services, APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST) and Workday Studio
• Experience handling encryption in production environments
• Familiar with Agile software development practices

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test and deliver Workday integrations
• Adopt SAFE SDLC practices for integration work
• Follow defined integration standards and best practices
• Ensure data security, privacy and data quality in integrations
• Translate business specs into technical designs
• Consult with teams on interface design and maintenance
• Design and develop interfaces and conduct tests (unit/integration)
• Provide support for integration issues and changes
• Develop new integrations as needed
